Hi Anni

Apology for only responding now - your 5800 should be compatible for the new FREE OviMaps.

My suggestion is do a latest software update via the SoftWare updater in PC Suite or Ovi Suite and then it should work if you haven't managed to sort it out yet!

Enjoy the FREE navigation for more than 70 countries and maps for 180

Regards
Tania

Hi there Anni,
As part of the press release there is a list of compatible devices, which includes the "Nokia 5800 XpressMusic and Nokia 5800 Navigation Edition", so is it possible that your 5800 is a different edition to that and therefore incompatible? I will find out the contact of someone at Nokia who could let you know what's up and will post here soonest...

Will this software be available to existing Ovi smart phones? I have a Nokia 5800 and have not been able to download the software.
